E7 Aim for Restoration: What Happens When the Church Shows Up

Pastor Ethan sits down with Pastor Arthur Gonçalves, founding pastor and elder of Restoration Church of Sanford, to talk about planting a church in hard ground. What began as a Thursday night prayer meeting in a downtown diner became a church for the down and out, the overlooked, and the needy.

They talk about:

- How Restoration got its name, and the prayer meeting it was born out of

- Freeway Ministries, a recovery ministry rooted in the local church and built around discipleship, which meets Thursday nights at Central

- The question that started it all: what do you do with a homeless drug addict who just got saved?

- How God provided homes for the ministry in a way no one planned

- The Men's Discipleship Workshop coming November 13 and 14 at Central, and why strong men build strong churches
